Mary Lynn's latest
film appearance has got everyone talking after the premier at "Festival
De Cannes!" The premiere was held last night and there's been
some advance press screenings. Just about everyone who was interviewed
after watching the film had nothing but great things to say about
it.

Anderson's last three films had the following to say about Punch-Drunk
Love: "After Magnolia, which was a huge, dark, challenging
movie. I think Paul wanted to make something that was contained, uplifting
and sweet."
It appears as if he has done just that!!
After 1997's oscar-nominated Boogie
Nights and 1999's 3 hour long oscar-nominated, Magnolia,
writer/director Paul Thomas Anderson presented this highly
anticipated new motion picture. Starring famous American comedian, Adam
Sandler, Emily
Watson and Mary Lynn.
Punch-Drunk Love portrays a punchy romance between a small
business owner and a mysterious woman. And I can't think of a better
person to portray the sister of Adam's character than Mary
Lynn. She seems more than well suited
for the part. I wish I could have been there to see it, but I guess I
will have to wait and hope it hits my local art house.
